support VERITAS in Europe with all their Sage Accounts, Telemagic
Contact Management & Human Resource Database Systems.
The main project objectives included:
- Design and specify a Personnel Database
- Develop and install a new Microsoft Access based HR Database
- Record and process employee records
- Record and process Holiday Records
- Record Vehicle and Equipment data
- Include standard template letters
- Automatically create "changed data" reports
- Highlight data changes relating to PAYE and National Insurance
Records
- Automatically create "missing data" reports
- Reduce the time taken to process data
- Automatically create email formatted report files for
transmission to USA
