CCUK was retained to support VERITAS in Europe with all their Sage Accounts, Telemagic Contact Management & Human Resource Database Systems.

The main objectives for this project included:

• Design and specify an HR Database
• Develop and install a new Microsoft Access based HR Database
• Record and process employee records
• Record Holiday Records
• Record Vehicle and Equipment data
• Include standard template letters
• Automatically create "changed data" reports
• Highlight data changes relating to PAYE and National Insurance Records
• Automatically create "missing data" reports
• Reduce the time taken to process data
• Automatically create email formatted report files for transmission to USA
