retainer fee basis

  • 2 days per month £1000, plus VAT

  • 1 day per month £550, plus VAT

  • 0.5 a day per month £300, plus VAT

  • Includes telephone access

  • Minimum of 3 months

  • Paid monthly by BACS

equity fee basis

  • Subject to discussion and agreement
